About the Performance: Kabir’s masterpiece ‘Ud Jayega Hans Akela’ is a multi-layered poem expressing the futility of the caravan of life. This performance has been co-created under the mentorship of Guru Prerana Srimali for the Pratiroop mentorship project in 2021. The performance attempts to unravel the layers of Kabir’s deep philosophy expressed by abstraction, abhinaya and life experiences through the idiom of Bharatanatyam.
