In the 16th edition of Directing the Eye, we are delighted to welcome filmmaker Nidhi Saxena, whose work explores the intimate, complex spaces between memory, identity, and human experience.

Known for Secret Of The Mountain Serpent (2025) and Sad Letters Of An Imaginary Woman (2024), Nidhi brings a distinct cinematic gaze to stories that are deeply personal yet universally resonant. Her approach to filmmaking is rooted in observation, emotion, and the visual language of lived experiences.

Join us for an evening of conversation as Nidhi reflects on her creative journey, the art of cinematic storytelling, and the process of shaping stories through the director’s eye.
