About the facilitator: Rakesh Menon is a certified instructor in Taichi and Qigong from Universal Tao Centre, Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is also a senior instructor in Hau Chuan Kungfu-Wushu. Founder/Director of the Universal Taichi Qigong School, Mumbai, who is passionate about working on the health and wellness of his own self and others.

About the workshop: Known for its slow, intentional movements, Tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health. This Workshop will include a session which will make you aware of your Chi (energy), help you in building your immunity, conditioning the internal organs, and aid in de-stressing the mind.
